Production & Quality Inspection Process

A total of 4 units of EI-6040 X-ray baggage security scanners have finished all factory validation procedures and were officially shipped by sea on October 16, 2026 from Eastimage, a X-ray baggage scanner manufacturer, These bus station X-ray scanners for deployment at a bus station security screening project.

Before packaging and shipment, every scanner in this batch completed a full 3-day continuous burn-in aging test under simulated on-site operating conditions, to verify stable performance under long-hour, high-frequency baggage inspection cycles. Meanwhile, a comprehensive suite of acceptance tests was implemented to confirm compliance with security equipment standards, including single wire resolution, steel penetration capability, multi-material discrimination, conveyor load operation, radiation leakage safety inspection, real-time image rendering, automatic self-diagnosis, alarm response logic, baggage image storage and playback, power adaptability, and mechanical safety checks. All test indicators met technical specifications, and the equipment obtained the factory release approval for delivery.

Standardized Packaging &Smooth Mass Shipment

After finished all testing and get the factory release approval for delivery. Packing is play a important role in the sea shipment. Every EI-6040 unit is wrapped with moisture barrier film and shock-absorbing foam, packed into solid plywood crates on wooden pallets. Loaded and fastened properly inside the container, the scanners are fully safeguarded from dampness and impact in long-distance transport. Rigid pre-loading inspection and reliable logistics guarantee safe arrival for the Philippine bus station project.

The Function and Application of EI-6040

The EI-6040 model is specially optimized for public transit checkpoint scenarios such as bus terminals, coach stations and passenger transport hubs. It effectively addresses core security challenges at bus stations: fast screening of large passenger flows, identification of concealed prohibited items including weapons, sharp objects, flammables, explosives and restricted liquids inside carry-on luggage, reducing the risk of safety incidents at passenger terminals. Equipped with clear material classification imaging, the scanner helps security operators quickly distinguish organic, inorganic and mixed substances, lowering false alarm rates while keeping a smooth passenger passage speed, avoiding long queues and congestion at inspection points.

Bus stations are high-footfall public spaces with complex passenger sources and diverse luggage types, which puts forward balanced requirements for detection accuracy, inspection throughput and equipment stability. The EI-6040 fills the demand gap of medium-tunnel baggage screening for ground transportation security, balancing compact footprint, easy installation and low maintenance cost. After arrival at destination, the equipment will go through on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, and then be put into formal service to build a robust first-line security barrier for the bus station.

This shipment marks another milestone of our company’s continuous supply of reliable security inspection solutions for global public transport infrastructure. Our team will keep tracking ocean transit progress and provide full after-sales technical support including installation guidance, calibration and maintenance service to ensure seamless commissioning and stable long-term operation of these screening machines. We will continue to develop cost-effective, certified X-ray inspection systems tailored to bus stations, railway stations, metro stations and other transit security sites, supporting safer and smarter public security management worldwide.

Zhouhaijing, Material Control Manager, Eastimage Said, This shipment of 4 units EI-6040 to Philippine reflects the growing demand for reliable screening equipment in bus station. We've prepared these units well ahead of schedule to make sure the client's operation is not delayed.
