1.1 Order & Shipment Information

Shanghai Eastimage Equipment Co., Ltd., formally Shanghai Yingmaiji Dongying Image Equipment Co., Ltd., has completed full factory inspection and performance testing of the EI-6040DV dual-view multi-energy X-ray security inspection equipment. The equipment is packaged and shipped to Rwanda as scheduled. This batch of baggage scanners will be deployed at local key security sites to carry out daily baggage and parcel screening work. The delivery marks another milestone of Eastimage’s cooperation with African clients, reflecting steady recognition of our inspection equipment in the African security market.

1.2 Application Orientation

EI-6040DV is designed for medium and small baggage inspection scenarios. It adapts to the security demands of venues, transit stations, railway lounges, hospitals, courts and other public sites. Considering the practical security management situation in Rwanda, the dual-view structure effectively solves the detection difficulty caused by complex mixed items, which fits the local demand for stable, easy-to-operate and traceable security inspection systems.

2 Core Product Advantages

2.1 Imaging & Detection Performance

The tunnel dimension of EI-6040DV is 620mm(W) × 410mm(H). Its dual-view imaging system outputs horizontal and vertical images synchronously, greatly lowering the risk of missed contraband due to item overlap and occlusion. The equipment adopts an adjustable 160KV X-ray generator. The high-performance version achieves steel penetration up to 40mm, with wire resolution reaching 0.0787mm. Standard configurations include 6 pseudo-color display, image super enhancement, organic/inorganic stripping, dynamic zoom, as well as sound and light alarm for suspected explosives and high-density absorption materials. It supports 500,000 image storage and 90-day traceable record review. Optional functions cover AI auxiliary image recognition, bi-directional scanning, BB100 black box recording, fatigue detection and 24/7 AnyDesk remote assistance, allowing flexible configuration according to on-site management requirements.

2.2 Safety & Adaptability

The X-ray leakage dose rate is controlled below 1μGy/h at 5cm distance, fully compliant with international health safety standards and film safety requirements of ASA/ISO1600. The product holds CE, FC, FDA, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certificates. The wide voltage range of 110VAC–240VAC, 50/60Hz perfectly matches the local power supply condition of Rwanda. Its standard conveyor load is 120kg, and multi-speed conveyor adjustment is available to balance inspection throughput and detection accuracy. The system supports multi-level user management, customizable operation authority and remote real-time image viewing, which facilitates unified management for security teams. The noise value is controlled below 60dB(A) to maintain a comfortable working environment for operators.
